Can my brands send orders without changing systems?

Yes. Brands can send standard reports, scheduled emails, manual uploads, or API if preferred and supported by the implementation path.

What kind of data does Mustard need?

Usually a standard open vs shipped order report is enough. Mustard works from practical order, dealer, and account fields so the data can become useful agency workflow.

Are commissions formal accounting?

No. Commission tools are calculator and projection tools only. Agencies enter their own splits, and Mustard uses gross order values to estimate visibility for planning.

Do brands see my agency workspace?

No. Brands do not see your private agency workspace. They only interact with the brand-facing connection and the information you choose to send back.

How does forecasting work?

Forecasting can be built inside the agency workspace and then sent back to brands as a clean update from the same flow.

Is Mustard meant to replace my brand portals?
