For Brands

Agencies can use Mustard without changing your systems.

Mustard gives independent agencies one place to work across the brands they represent. Your ERP, B2B portal, and reporting process can stay where they are.

What changes for the brand?
Very little has to change.
ERP stays.
B2B portal stays.
Reporting stays.

Mustard gives the agency its cross-brand operating view. It does not ask the brand to replace its own systems.

Your systems stay yours

Mustard serves the agency's cross-brand view.

ERP stays.
B2B portal stays.
Internal reporting stays.
Already sending reports?

Keep doing that.

If the agency already receives an approved sales report, Mustard can work with that existing handoff. No new brand portal is required.

Want a cleaner handoff?

Send approved information more directly later.

If useful, a brand can choose a cleaner direct handoff. It is optional.

Why the agency wants it

The brand sees its part. The agency sees the whole business.

Mustard gives the independent agency its complete view across the brands it represents.

Trust

A few practical questions.

Does the brand need to authorize the data?

Mustard uses an approved permission path, such as a brand-approved report or an agency-authorized handoff.

Can we use an NDA?

Yes. A mutual NDA or Brand Data Authorization can be used when the relationship calls for it.

Are agency workspaces separate?

Yes. Each agency works in its own workspace.

Can one agency see another agency's data?

No. Agency data and private agency work do not cross workspaces.
